Dip an eyeliner brush into water and work the Infiny Cake Liner into a creamy or liquid paste, depending on the desired color intensity. We recommend you use a brush with a fine tip or an angled brush. Create the eye look of your choice. Allow it to dry a few seconds and repeat if needed.
