SHIPPING, DELIVERY AND CUSTOMS
Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday to Friday until 2pm (EET), excluding holidays). All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon time of receiving an order. Please note that orders placed after 2pm (EET) will be processed on the following working day.
Orders are shipped by DHL. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Shipments are delivered to the Receiver's address but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally (see below). Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area. DHL may notify Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. Receiver may be offered alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day, no signature required, redirection or collection at a DHL Service Point. Shipper may exclude some delivery options on request. If the Receiver wishes to choose an alternative delivery option he/she can visit the following link https://ondemand.dhl.com/.
In order for them to deliver to you our products, we may disclose to them your name, address and telephone number, strictly for the purposes of delivering your order.
We intend for the delivery of our products to take place as described herein but please note that delivery time may depend on the availability of the products, the destination of the package and on factors which we cannot influence, such as strikes, extreme weather conditions, natural phenomena and excess work overload for delivery firms during holidays or during special circumstances (example: during a pandemic). If we receive any information that delivery time may take longer than usually, we will contact you and we will be happy to address any issues or inquiries when contacted. Please note that all information you may receive about the availability, shipping or delivery of a product is merely estimated information and contains approximate values.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
Customer shall bear all shipping charges, which are indicated separately on the order form and into the delivery note. Shipping costs depend on the delivery option Customer chooses for his/her order. Shipping can also happen without extra cost, depending on the total value of the order. Options, costs and delivery time estimates are depicted on the following tables:

The products are delivered only to the Buyer. According to the delivery option selected by the Buyer through DHL on demand service https://ondemand.dhl.com/, it may be required to show an Identity Card to the courier or to the staff at the delivery location, that is chosen by the buyer. Delivery to a third person can only happen if he/she is legally authorized to do so or if he/she is chosen by the Buyer through https://ondemand.dhl.com/. The ID or passport details are recorded by the courier /staff of the store. The customer's signature in the consignment note is expressly agreed to be a clear proof that the order has been delivered to the beneficiary.
All products offered for sale on the website are free of any legal or factual defect. Products which may be modified/repaired by the buyer are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not apply to damaged products because of transportation or due to poor or inappropriate use. The company keeps full ownership of the products ordered via e-shop until the total repayment of their price but also of the costs and taxes included in the invoice/receipt as well as the shipping costs.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches its destination. You must bear any additional charges for customs clearance, because you are considered the importer. We have no control over these charges. Depending on the laws of each country, deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
