Customer service
We accept the following methods of payment:
a. Debit/Credit/Prepaid card, with redirect to Alpha Bank's safe environment. The accepted types of cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners and via digital wallet MasterPass.
b. PayPal, with redirect to PayPal's safe environment.
c. IRIS Online Payments, with direct debit from your bank account, without using a card.
d. Cash on Delivery upon delivery of your order.*
Any bank charges that may arise are payable by the Buyer. Any past due unpaid amount shall be remunerated with the legal interest on late payment. Additionally, the Company retains the option to cancel or suspend the whole order or its delivery, at any stage of the procedure, in case of non-payment or partial payment of any amount, or fraud or fraud attempt during the use of the Company’s Website. HELLENICA COSMETICS S.A. may communicate information on the buyer's order to any third party legally authorized or appointed by HELLENICA COSMETICS S.A. so as to confirm the buyer's identity, validity of order, validity of payment method used and selected delivery method. HELLENICA COSMETICS S.A. uses the prescribed methods with valid encryption techniques for guaranteeing the safety of its transactions. The safety of transactions lies on the Buyer's identification and the confidentiality of the information provided. The overall payment procedure shall be exclusively performed within the safe environment of Alpha Bank, using the SSL 128-bit encryption, for safe online transactions. By this means, all your personal details are encrypted, including your credit card number, its expiry date and other details of your card, disabling their readability or changeability while transferred through the Internet. The Buyer is responsible to properly, completely and accurately insert his/her card data and the Company assumes no responsibility for its proper use.
Credit, debit or prepaid Card
We accept electronic payments with credit, debit or prepaid Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Diners cards. You can also make your payment by using the MasterPass electronic wallet. All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank’s electronic payment platform "Alpha e-Commerce" which currently uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
We do not collect or store in any way your card details, so you need to re-submit them each time you use your card for transactions on our website.
PayPal
We support payment via PayPal. If you choose this method of Payment, please refer to PayPal's User Agreement for details regarding your use of their services.
IRIS Online Payments
We support payments through the IRIS Online Payments system.
By selecting IRIS at checkout, you are redirected to a secure environment of the bank or DIAS, or a dynamic QR code will appear.
You can scan the QR code using your mobile banking app or complete the payment via e-banking, following your bank’s instructions.
Once the payment is completed, the transaction is confirmed in real time, and you are redirected back to the e-shop with a “successful IRIS payment” status.
IRIS Online Payments is provided by Greek banks and is subject to the applicable regulatory framework for electronic payments (Law 5072/2023 and relevant regulations).
Cash on Delivery upon delivery of your order
Cash on delivery cost is 2,50€.
Payment is made on delivery via courier.
*Cash on delivery is available only for purchases within Greece.
