Return your order using BOX NOW

If you have placed your order using BOX NOW and want to return it, please write you parcel ID(10 digit number) on the parcel or use use shipping label that came with your original parcel. Find your nearest locker, bring your parcel to it, input your parcel ID on the pin pad and press OK. The door will automatically open. Put your parcel inside and close the door! Thats's it!
