Customer service
Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday to Friday until 2pm (EET), excluding holidays). All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following working day. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon time of receiving an order. Please note that orders placed after 2pm (EET) will be processed on the following working day.
For orders within Greece you can choose one of the following delivery options.
Standard shipping with ACS courier
You can receive your order via ACS courier. ACS may notify Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. The delivery time depends on the final destination of the order. Especially for Athens & Thessaloniki, you will receive the order within 1-3 working days, for islands and "difficult to access" areas the parcel may require up to 5 working days.
- FREE delivery: for orders over 20.00€
- Shipping costs for orders up to 19.99€ is 2.50€
- Cash on delivery* payment will take place when the courier deliver the parcel to you
- Cash on delivery method is only available for shipment within Greece
*in case you choose Cash on Delivery via ACS courier there is an extra charge of +2.50€.
Box Now - locker delivery
Get the most of your shipping experience with Box Now shipping method and ensure a more affordable and convenient way to deliver your order. The delivery will be made in a locker with a fully automated process. For orders within Attica, you will receive your order up to 24 hours after the picking of the parcel by the courier from our premises. For the rest of Greece the delivery time may require up to 2-3 days. Please, read more here.

- This service is available only for prepaid orders (paid via Paypal or credit / debit card) during the checkout process.

Standard shipping with DHL courier
Orders are shipped by DHL. Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Shipments are delivered to the Receiver's address but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally (see below). Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area will be delivered to that area. DHL may notify Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. Receiver may be offered alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day, no signature required, redirection or collection at a DHL Service Point. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside of the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which we are not able to know in the first place and are levied once the package reaches its destination. You must bear any additional charges for customs clearance, because you are considered the importer. We have no control over these charges. Depending on the laws of each country, deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. The products are delivered only to the Buyer. According to the delivery option selected by the Buyer through DHL on demand service https://ondemand.dhl.com/, it may be required to show an Identity Card to the courier or to the staff at the delivery location, that is chosen by the buyer. Delivery to a third person can only happen if he/she is legally authorized to do so or if he/she is chosen by the Buyer through https://ondemand.dhl.com/. The ID or passport details are recorded by the courier /staff of the store. The customer's signature in the consignment note is expressly agreed to be a clear proof that the order has been delivered to the beneficiary.
All products offered for sale on the website are free of any legal or factual defect. Products which may be modified/repaired by the buyer are excluded from this warranty. The warranty does not apply to damaged products because of transportation or due to poor or inappropriate use. The company keeps full ownership of the products ordered via e-shop until the total repayment of their price but also of the costs and taxes included in the invoice/receipt as well as the shipping costs.
